My name is Manoj Kumar Chaurasia. I live in Mathura (U.P.) I was in the government sector in the Revenue Department and retired on 31-12-2022. Basically by nature I used to help the colleagues to solve their problems. Once I attended an English Speaking course and a question was asked, who are you? Either Problem creator or Problem solver. And my answer was Problem Solver. After retirement men are in a rest mood and do nothing. But I wanted to start my third phase of life i.e. Business. The first was student, second one was Service and the third Business. So I wanted to learn business strategy.
In my day to day life I observed that people are facing so many types of problems. In their business, in their personal life, in their day to day life, in their personal relations. They wanted to grow, but due to these problems they don’t. If there is any person who listen them carefully and understand their real problem, they can overcome there problem and can get success in life.
